What does a Revops Plan look like?


Changes take time and when we talk about starting the RevOps path we are talking about a continuous work of at least 6 months to work between 1 to 3 main objectives or processes.

Keep in mind that it is important to have a Champion or responsible for the process and to be able to count on the participation and availability of those responsible for the areas involved (sales, operations, marketing, product, among others...).

It is also essential that you have more than one year of use of the tool and at least 2 Hubs implemented. Without a history of your processes it is impossible to have the starting point of an optimization process.
